Leaders

Aren’t Born.

They’re

Trained.

Promoting a top performer doesn’t automatically create a great leader. Research confirms that 60% of new managers fail in their first two years because they lack the leadership skills for effectively managing a team.

The result? Declining performance, low engagement, high attrition and struggling teams.

That’s where the First Time Manager Program (FTMP)  comes in.

FTMP is not a crash course in leadership. It’s a roadmap that helps new managers transition smoothly, develop critical leadership skills, and drive results.
